An introduction to basic Chansigong
Monday class is dedicated to The Masich Internal Arts Method.
At present this includes Chansigong, the 5 Section Solo Sword Form, 13 Power Sword and Sensing Sword, Yang Style Taijiquan 108 Long Form and partner work, some of which is already addressed in the Saturday morning Tui Shou sessions. This includes The 8 Disc Methods, 4 Hands Tui Shou, the 25 energies and will also cover Da Lu.
We are introducing Yang-Style Taijiquan Baduanjin and future plans include the 37 Essential Forms, the 5 Section Partner Sword Form, the Yang 54 Sword Form and applications from the hand form.
We are also investigating how we can incorporate the 5 Words of Self Composure into our practice and at the same time getting to grips with the various aspects of Chansigong with a view to, over time, incorporating this into our practice as well.
